For cafes, bakeries and local shops
Your paper loyalty card, moved into their phone
Loial turns paper punch cards into Apple and Google Wallet passes. Customers scan a QR code at your counter once, then their stamps and rewards update on their phone every time they visit.
14-day free trial. We build your program with you, usually in an afternoon. Nothing for your customers to install.
Bloom CafeWorks with the register you already have
Your staff scan the customer's pass from any phone or tablet. No new hardware, no POS migration, no IT project. If it runs a browser, it runs Loial.
Passes keep themselves up to date
Every stamp and every reward pushes straight to the pass in Apple or Google Wallet. Balances are always current, and nobody loses a paper card again.
Deals that reach the lock screen
Announce a new item or a slow Tuesday offer and it lands on the phone your customers already carry. No app install, no ad spend, no list to rent.
Aim it at the people who matter
Send to everyone, or only to regulars who have gone quiet, customers one stamp from a reward, or anyone sitting on a reward they have not claimed yet.
Engage with your customers
A wallet pass is the rare marketing channel nobody has to opt into twice. Adding the card is the permission. After that you reach the lock screen of the phone already in their pocket, with no app to install, no email list to build and no ad spend.
Send to everyone, or only to the people worth a message:
- Everyone holding one of your cards
- Regulars who have gone quiet for as long as you choose
- Customers sitting one stamp from their reward
- Anyone with a reward they have not come in to claim
