Every account starts with a 14-day free trial. After that, Loial is a monthly subscription, priced for your business. Contact us or book a demo to discuss pricing.

No setup fee and no contract. Accounts are set up with you, not through a checkout.

What does the trial include?

The full product for 14 days: your loyalty program, Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes, the staff scanner, campaigns and analytics. No payment method is needed to start.

What happens after the trial?

Your account continues on a monthly subscription. We agree the price with you before the trial ends, and you add a payment method from the billing page in Settings.

How do I cancel?

Contact us and we cancel at the end of your current billing period. Your customers' passes keep working until then.
