- What counts as an active cardholder?
- Someone holding a live pass in their wallet. Stamps, scans, enrollments and pass updates are never metered, so a busy Saturday costs the same as a quiet Tuesday.
- What happens when Basic reaches 500 cardholders?
- Nothing breaks at the counter. Existing passes keep working and we get in touch about moving you to Pro. Switching a loyalty program off mid service is not a growth tactic we are interested in.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes, and usually the same day you ask. Plans are handled by a person here rather than a self serve checkout, which also means you can ask for something that is not on this page.
